CC IMA COWBOY CHICK, aka Chalula is a 2019 AQHA mare by Cowboy Eddie Hancock and out of CCCC Miss Coco Lena. Chalula stands a solid 15.2 hands and weighs 1,100 pounds. She’s home raised, home trained and is an extremely high quality mare that has spent her life completely family and ranch centered. My husband and I offer the high quality performance/family-type horses to the public. We would be honored if you would consider our mare to be a part of your family!Chalula has been a part of all aspects of ranch work including sorting, pushing, gathering, doctoring cattle and dragging calves to the fire. She is also started on the heel side out of the box but has the size and athleticism to make a great switch-ender. Our 5 year son has put a lot of miles on her and we trust her to go anywhere and do anything. She is not spooky or on the muscle. Lula is a very level minded horse with the best of intentions and desire to please. She really enjoys attention and is never dangerous to be around, for anyone, even wild kids or dogs! Ride her bareback in a halter, on the trail or in the arena. Chase after some cows in the pasture or go heel one off her out of the box.

Trust her with your inexperienced husband, your grandma, your pregnant wife or your kiddos – she fits the whole family! If you are looking for a seriously nice horse from some seriously honest people trying to do their best to keep humanity in selling horses, you’ll want to consider her.

She does require very minimal maintenance and is otherwise sound. We have a full PPE and x-rays done with a report (link above) from a reputable soundness vet. Contact Cowpony Sales to review radiographs.

*Chalula was registered as a blue roan as a foal and has since turned gray in color. A color change request can be sent in with the transfer paperwork once purchased to have her color updated.
