Pal O Mine has a great work ethic, which allows him to go on long trail rides or work cattle. Maeve has thrown just about everything at this young gelding and he has gladly handled it all. He is the first one on the trailer, stands quietly for the farrier and vet. He is never girthy or silly with the bit, he will stand tied by himself all day long.”Trigger” doesn’t move a muscle when mounting or dismounting. He has a lot of natural cow sense and has been worked on the pro-cutter and live cattle. Pal O Mine has a solid stop, a smooth rollback and a nice turn around. He has been going one handed for the past month and is extremely responsive to your seat and legs. “Trigger” will go as fast or as slow as you want him to, he does have some speed if you want it. You point and he goes!
Pal O Mine has been desensitized to bridges, gun shots, loud noises, puddles, rivers, dogs, throwing a rope off him, dragging logs etc. “Trigger” has always gone barefoot with solid black hooves, never taking a lame step. He lives outside 24/7 with a group of other horses with zero issues. He is an extremely easy keeper, low maintenance, and is UTD on everything.
This gorgeous Palomino gelding will make a wonderful addition to your life. His natural enthusiasm and athleticism to “Get ‘er done!”, take a nice trail ride or hang with the gang is evident. You will be sure to stand out with this flashy gelding! Check out his videos and you will be sold!
Jump into a bright 2021 future with this 2017 gelding, who is loaded with potential and ready to enthusiastically partner with you out on the ranch or in the arena today!
In 2018 I saw an opportunity to invest in the future by offering to partner up with Maeve Sharkey. We would produce a select number of Performance Horses possessing a solid training foundation, good work ethic and excellent manners.
Pal O Mine (Trigger) is our third collaboration.
Between Maeve Sharkey’s formal education in the prestigious Michigan State’s Equine Sciences program where she earned her degree in Equine Management, and her life long experience with horses, Maeve has begun making a name for herself in the world of Performance Horses.
She has brought Pal O Mine to his current state of a good rock solid citizen, ready to go in any direction. He stands at 15.3 hh at the withers with room to grow! She believes he will excel as a roping horse, a turnback horse, a barrel horse or just a solid ranch/using gelding.
