Silverado is the ultimate dream horse! He is super fun to ride in the arena, a total dream on the trails and a handy partner on the ranch. So fun at the lake and will pull anything you hook him to. Silverado has experienced lots of outside miles. He has been on lots of trail rides, hunts, cattle drives and even helped with some roping lessons and junior rodeos. He packs a flag, lopes circles, is very good leaded, one hand neck reins and awesome with all the commotion of the rodeo. We have sorted, roped, and gathered cattle and he does it like a champ. He is easy to ride and does all the tricks with ease.
He is accustomed to all types of terrain. He is very sure footed in the Rocky Mountains and easy to maneuver through all the water and sage brush. He will go right where you point him without hesitation. He is brave by himself or will gladly follow a group out on the trails. He has seen lots of wildlife, is good with crazy dogs, mini horses, blowing tarps, loud gunfire and four wild cowboys. He is an absolute blast and so easy to ride. He has a reining type handle with a rocking chair lope on a draped rein, pretty one-handed spins, a deep smooth stop, exceptional flying lead changes and a jog that you can sit all day long. Silverado is simple to maneuver and easy to ride or drive.
He is one of the coolest horses that we have had an opportunity to raise and own. He’s for sure a ride in style and so dang fancy! We absolutely love this gelding and he will be a tough one to part with. We have had the pleasure of owning this awesome gelding since he was a yearling.
