Meet Carlos, the pony who does more than walk a circle on a leadline- though he will if you want him to! This handsome dunalino gelding has the resume of a big horse. He’s done everything asked of him and likes to work! If little Johnny wants to ride him for hours, he won’t mind one bit. Leave him off for months and he rides off just the same.
Carlos has seen everything on the ranch and even in town and he takes it all in stride. He’s been used to doctor calves, gather bulls twice his size, brand, and sort! This boy knows a long days work and he loves every minute.
He has competed well in many playday and rodeo events, and even ground ties in goat tying events. He is a wonderful size for a fast pole time, but close enough to the ground to step off to goat tie. What makes Carlos stand out against many ponies is his willingness to add speed when asked.
Carlos saddles up quiet, stands tied, and is easy to be around. Loads into the trailer, picks up all 4 feet, washes, anything you ask.
He matches energy well with whoever is riding him. Loves attention from my 3-5yr old girls, but steps up to the plate when asked more from a big kid.
