Things to know as a Buyer:
- No deposit or payment information is required to register, bid, or inquire about a horse or pony.
- No app or software is required to view listings, place bids, or purchase through our platform.
- We encourage you to contact the seller with any questions before bidding or purchasing.
- When possible, we encourage you to view the horse or pony in person before bidding or buying.
- We can provide recommendations for reputable transportation and equine insurance providers after the sale.
- Please review our Terms & Conditions before registering, bidding, buying, or consigning. By participating on our platform, you agree to these terms.
- If you are the highest bidder at the close of an auction, you will be contacted. If the reserve has been met, you will be the successful buyer. If the reserve has not been met, you may be offered the opportunity to purchase the horse or pony at the seller’s reserve price.
- There are no buyer fees. The amount you bid is the amount you pay. Wire transfer is our preferred payment method. If you require another payment option, please contact us. Credit cards are not accepted.
- Payment for auction purchases is due within two business days. Payment for Private Sale consignments is due within 24 hours of a verbal purchase agreement.
- Horses and ponies should be picked up within 10 days of the completed sale. If additional time is needed, arrangements should be made directly with the seller.
