SR Classic Joe, known around the ranch as Leroy, is the kind of gelding that’s bred, built, and brought along the right way. He’s a 2022 AQHA bay gelding by SR Two Eyed Joe (by Two Classic) and out of Pearly Joe Jack by Joe Jack Red—bloodlines that trace back to the legendary Two Eyed Jack, AQHA Hall of Famer and sire of over 1,400 AQHA point earners and 14 World Champions. His dam line adds proven ranch performance and quiet, good-minded usability through the Joe Jack Red influence.
Leroy was bred and raised by the same working ranch, and that foundation shows. He was started right and brought along slow. He’s been lightly ranched on, started in the arena, and is showing a ton of natural cow and try—tracking cattle with confidence and focus. This young gelding’s got a smooth, ground-covering trot that makes him a pleasure to ride for long days outside or putting in miles in the arena.
He’s softening in the face, stepping up nicely with more training, and has the kind of build that will hold up for a lifetime of work.
