Honey is a 10 year old, bay tobiano paint mare that stands a perfect 13 hands. She’s a favorite in our barn! Honey is the kind you’ll search high and low for to find one that is as broke and gentle as she is. She has a kind eye and a personality as sweet as honey! She’s the same everyday! As versatile, beautiful and safe as they come! No matter what you have up your sleeve, Honey will do it with joy. If you want to check fences, rope calves or ride the prairie, she’s game! Go for a trail ride, take her to playday events or head off to junior rodeo – she’ll get it done. This flashy mare will breakaway or heel also! Maybe you like to do extreme cowboy riding or obstacle courses, she’s got you covered! You can even take her to get a snow cone in the middle of town! She’s taken everything we’ve thrown at her with grace and finesse. Balls, tarps, bridges, logs, water, flags, ATVs, blower, young kids – she doesn’t care, she just loves being with you. She has a fancy handle and puppy dog gentle personality. She will gladly come to the mounting block or fence for her rider to get on with ease, siding passing over to you! She pulled the sled in the snow for the kids to feed and play this winter.
Honey is easy to catch, stands and loads great. Whatever you want to do, Honey is your girl. She adjusts to her riders very well. She is not a dead head plug, but she will not run off either! She’s had ridders rom 5-40 years of age. She’s sure to get noticed wherever you take her! In our opinion she is one in a million and our family is proud to offer her.
