SELLER: Auction Process
Auction Dates: August, October, December, March, June
Contact Us for exact dates, deadlines and availability.
All Auction listings must complete an Auction Nomination form a minimum of 1 month prior to auction. CowPony will review nominations and respond within 1-2 business days. It is important to be as thorough and concise as possible on the nomination form as only 10 consignments will be selected to participate.
Marketing will begin 3 weeks prior to auction ending and all materials are required at that time. Please review our Materials Guidelines prior to nominating your listing to ensure you are able to meet the requirements.
Bidding will be open for 2 days, with the auction concluding on a Wednesday evening starting at 7pm CST. Auctions run with a ‘soft close,’ meaning if a bid is placed in the last 4 minutes, an additional 4 minutes will be added to the timer. Auction concludes when no additional bids are placed for 4 continuous minutes.
Step 1: Complete an Auction Nomination Form.
Step 2: Once accepted by CowPony, pay non-refundable consignment fee to hold your spot.
Step 3: Submit Required Materials 1 month prior to Auction start date.
