SELLER: Private Treaty

Private Treaty horses may be listed at any time. Once listing is LIVE on website, it will receive marketing for 30 days and remain on website until sold. All listings must be submitted through CowPony’s Nomination Form and accepted. Once accepted, and final materials are submitted, please allow up to 5 days for the listing to be LIVE on CowPony website. In the instance final materials are received in the 2 days prior to an auction starting, the auction listings will be uploaded first.

Step 1: Complete a Nomination Form
Step 2: Once accepted by CowPony, pay non-refundable consignment fee to hold your spot.
Step 3: Submit Required Materials when ready.
Step 4: Review your personalized listing page prior to going LIVE!
Step 5: Sit back and relax while CPS markets and sells your consignment!

Fees:

• Consignment fee (Packages Below)
  • This fee is nonrefundable.
  • Payment methods: Venmo, PayPal or Credit/Debit Card
• 8% commission due upon sale of consignment
  • CowPony handles all financial transactions on behalf of Buyer & Seller.
• No ‘no sale’ or ‘pass out’ fee
• No Buyers Premium added

Required:

• Current Coggins (within 6 months)
• Original Registration papers (if applicable) in sellers hands
• Signed Transfer (on registered consignments) for buyer
• Electronically agreed upon Terms & Conditions
• Completed CowPony Seller Health Disclosure Form
• Professional quality materials

Additional Terms:

• Once consignment fee is received, horse is committed to the Private Treaty listing and commissions are due.
• Listing price must be agreed upon with CowPony.
  • Seller may notify CowPony at any time if they are open to offers or price reductions.
  • CowPony will actively negotiate to secure best price possible.
• If consignment doesn’t sell during the active 30 day marketing, and a buyer contacts you after (as a result of CowPony marketing), commissions still apply and payment must go through CPS.
• If consignment is not sold upon completion of marketing, the consignment will remain listed on our site until Seller requests to remove. If listing is sold, while on www.cowponysales.com commissions are due.
• Additional marketing may be selected ala carte during the consignment period as well as completion of package purchased.
