Tito has been in a training program since 2024 and is currently part of the Cheetham Performance Horses program in Godley, Texas. There he is ridden daily to further develop his skills and gain experience roping, ranching, turning back and pushing cattle. He is safe, dependable and very gentle, with the kind of sensible disposition that makes him easy to like and easy to trust.
Tito has experience in ranch roping, pushing cattle and has been gaining experience on the roping sled and tracking steers on the heel side. Tito even has a little reining training under his belt, making him a prime candidate to make a Ranch Versatility rockstar. He picks up both his left and right leads easily and is lightly started on the heel side. He scores, tracks and rates, giving him a solid foundation to continue developing into a breakaway, tie down or heel horse. He is a well started roping and ranch prospect with the training, experience and ability to continue developing in the direction his next owner chooses.
His versatility does not stop at the roping pen. Tito would make an excellent prospect for Mounted Shooting, Ranch Versatility, Team Penning, Team Sorting, general ranch work or continued development as a rope horse. His combination of cow sense, training and willingness gives his next rider plenty of options.
One of Tito’s greatest assets may simply be his disposition. He is gentle, sensible and willing without being dull. He has spent years in a training program and has the foundation to keep learning while still leaving his next rider plenty of room to put their own finishing touches on him.
